Incognita’s Infamous Adventures
A delightful mix of online entertainment and live performance are coming to Nashville! The local web series Incognita’s Infamous Adventures is raising money to fund its second season. The four-episode show is about an unsuccessful superhero and her sidekick who end up facing their villainous counterparts. The show is campy, with hilariously excellent costumes, and has absurdly good music: check it out on Spotify. The music was written by Sarah Michele Bailey and sung by her and other talented local artists who frequently perform with the Nashville Rep and on other stages around town. You can watch the complete series for free on YouTube or purchase from Prime.
This crowdfunding event will feature the webseries with the original cast performing the music live on stage, followed by a special appearance of Megan Murphy Chambers. The event will be May 9th at the Nashville Children’s Theatre, and the suggested admission donation is $35.
