Coming to TPAC: Broadway’s Some Like It Hot
Set during Prohibition, two musicians witness a mob hit and flee Chicago with gangsters on their heels. Broke and desperate, the men disguise themselves as women and join an all-women band on its way to Miami, and start to fall for Sugar, the band’s lead singer. Needless to say, chaos ensues.
By some of the same creators of The Book of Mormon, this Tony-Award winning Broadway show is an adaptation of the famous Marilyn Monroe comedy that the American Film Institute rates as the 14th greatest film of all time.
