The Outsiders Coming to Nashville
Adapted from S.E. Hinton’s seminal novel and Francis Ford Coppola’s iconic film, this new musical won four Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and will be visiting Nashville on their North American Tour.
In Tulsa, Oklahoma, 1967, Ponyboy Curtis, his best friend Johnny Cade and their Greaser family of “outsiders” battle with their affluent rivals, the Socs. The Outsiders navigates the complexities of self-discovery as the Greasers dream about who they want to become in a world that may never accept them. It is a story of friendship, family, belonging…and the realization that there is still good in the world.
The Outsiders will be at TPAC’s Jackson Hall October 14-19. It’s almost completely sold out with only 32 total tickets remaining at time of posting. If you want tickets, move fast!
